Overall, my experience was okay, but I have to say the locations aren’t very convenient for me. It’s not a huge deal, but it does make planning a visit a bit of a hassle. I’d probably use the service more often if there were spots that were easier to get to.

I’ve ordered the black daal a few times now, it tastes the same every single time. That’s what I like about it—no surprises, just the same good flavor whenever I get it.

I managed to find a table for next week easily — though, yeah, most of the weekend times were already taken. Still, the whole booking process was simple enough and didn’t really take much effort

My food showed up faster than I expected, and everything was packed really neatly. Nothing leaked, it was still warm, and the box was easy to open. Overall, it was a super smooth experience

The food itself was decent, but the order was wrong again. One item was missing and they sent the wrong naan, which is frustrating because this isn’t the first time it’s happened with dishoom delivery. I’ve had smoother experiences with other places that cost less, so it’s a bit annoying when you’re paying this much. It also took ages to get it sorted.

I ended up waiting way too long, and what bothered me most was how it felt like they made it my problem instead of trying to help or keep me updated. Not a great experience

I went here with a vegetarian friend, it was a bit disappointing. Some of the dishes we tried were nice, but the veggie options felt limited, and the menu wasn’t that clear about what was actually suitable. For the price, I expected it to be a little more thoughtful. It’s not asking for much to make sure everyone at the table can find something decent to eat.

I booked Dishoom through the website, i’m glad I did because it was already buzzing when we got there. The place has such a warm, cosy feel with the lighting, old Bombay-style details, and music that’s actually at a decent volume, which I always appreciate. It feels lively without being too much, so it works well for a date or just catching up with friends. It does get packed, and we were a bit close to the tables next to us, but I suppose that’s what happens when somewhere is popular. The staff kept everything moving, and the whole evening felt special without being overly fancy. I left happy and would definitely go back.

Popped into Dishoom for breakfast and really enjoyed it. I had the bacon naan, which was kind of amazing, and the chai just kept coming, which was such a nice little touch. The staff were all friendly too. Only knocking a star off because we had to wait a bit longer than we thought, and it did feel sort of cramped inside. But the food was definitely worth it, and I’d probably go back again.

I was actually expecting the cocktails to be a bit more impressive, but they ended up being decent rather than memorable. The chai was the highlight for me though, really nice and definitely worth trying.

The toilets were clean and the tables were mostly fine. I was going to say everything felt spotless, but actually there was one sticky spot on a table. Nothing too bad though.

The menu had a ton to choose from, including some solid veggie options. It actually took me a bit to decide, but in a good way. Not every single thing jumped out at me, but there was definitely enough variety that I found something I liked

Had a really nice meal here and the service was super friendly, no complaints there. It did get noisy inside tho, like I had to lean in a few times just to hear my friend. Still a good night overall, just prob not the place I’d pick if you’re trying to have a quiet convo.

It felt cramped being there with my kids, and the staff didn’t seem super patient with us 😕. Not the most relaxing experience for a family visit.

The spices were nicely balanced, but it still came across a little mild for me. I usually stick with my go-to brand, so I was kind of conflicted trying this one, but it was decent. I just wish it had a bit more kick.
